The Band shell is colorfully floodlit every night, a lovely sight!

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion before a concert of Brazilian music.

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion and its perfect lawn! It's quite simply Wonderful!!! I definitely fell in love with it.

It combines modernism and creativity, it's showy but not too much while being functionnal and performing an amazing soundproofing. Technically, it features a sound system with an innovative acoustic design that replicates an indoor concert hall sound experience.

Well, to sum up, i think the Jay Pritzker Pavilion is the real icon of the World Capital of Modern Architecture (Reuters)
See this video to figure it out

Here (above) is an wonderful aerial view of the whole Millenium Park complex (see the map below)

I definitely love this place!!! So far, my favourite in Chicago! and maybe forever...

And what else can we say about The Millenium Park?...
Of course! The Crown Fountain!!!

The Crown Foutain represents transparent glass block bricks used to build two 15 m-towers standing at either end of a long, black granite plaza submerged under an eighth of an inch layer of water.

Behind the glass bricks are high-tech LED video screens. When the screens are illuminated they show the faces of nearly a thousand individual Chicagoans, which showcases the vast diversity of the city. I really love this idea!!
